The short version
If you give us your email, we use it to tell you about New York Glory: the song, the game, the merch drop. That's it. We don't sell your data, and you can leave any time.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the run, claim a Glory Card, or grab the free download.
- Basic usage signals (page views, which buttons get clicked). We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads. It sets a cookie and reports events like page views and signups to Meta. We never send it your email or your name.
How we use it
- To send you drop news, game updates, clips, and merch early-access.
- To deliver the free track via our download gate.
Who it touches
We run lean. Your email may pass through the tools that make this work, currently Substack (newsletter), Google Sheets (our private list), and Hypeddit (the free-download gate). Meta (Facebook) receives anonymous ad-measurement events via its Pixel, never your email. They process data on our behalf; we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time: every email has a one-click link, or just reply and ask.
- Delete your data: email us and we'll remove you from the list.
- Limit ad tracking: browser tracking protection and content blockers stop the Meta Pixel, and you can tune what Meta does with ad data at facebook.com/adpreferences.
